PIGSHOT How to Win: Crate, Combat, and Movement Tips

How to Win Matches in PIGSHOT

Your PIGSHOT how to win checklist starts with grabbing a weapon before committing to a fight. An empty gun or a missed crate can leave you scrambling while an armed opponent closes in. Secure your equipment, use movement to stay alive, and aim to win individual rounds instead of chasing every fleeing enemy.

PIGSHOT on Roblox centers on quick, round-based fights:

  • Match objective: Win 3 rounds before the opposing side.
  • Movement options: Grapple, double jump, flip, and slide around the arena.
  • Map selection: Vote for the arena before fighting.

Start with the tutorial before entering solo duels or team matches. Learn how to collect a weapon and move under pressure; both matter immediately when a round begins.

Grab a Crate Before Chasing an Opponent

Weapon crates are an immediate priority. You can begin a round without a gun, and opening a crate does not keep an opponent from grabbing the weapon it drops.

PIGSHOT — Grab a Crate Before Chasing an Opponent

At the start of each round:

  1. Locate a nearby crate.
  2. Check whether an enemy is approaching it.
  3. Collect the weapon and identify what you picked up.
  4. Choose whether to engage or reposition.

Stay close enough to collect the dropped weapon promptly. Opening a crate and moving away can hand the pickup to the other side.

If an opponent gets armed first, use your movement to reach another crate rather than running straight into their shots. In team matches, call out that you still need a weapon so your teammates know why you are repositioning.

Avoid repeatedly searching for a favorite gun while your team fights without you. Use the weapon you have when you can contribute safely, then look for a replacement when the pressure eases.

Manage Ammo and Adjust to Your Weapon

Running out of ammunition during a chase gives your target an opening. Check your ammo before following an opponent across the arena, and break line of sight before attempting a reload.

When you need another weapon, head toward a crate instead of continuing an empty-handed pursuit.

Shotguns, revolvers, bows, machine guns, grenade launchers, and rocket crossbows appear in the fights. Adjust your decisions to your pickup:

  • With a shotgun: Close the distance using cover and movement, then aim before firing. Avoid spending your shots on a target you cannot track.
  • With a bow: Practice charging and aiming before committing to a duel.
  • With a rapid-firing weapon: Release the trigger when your aim slips off the target to conserve ammunition.
  • Against a shotgun: Keep your distance rather than following its user into a close-range exchange.

Give yourself a clear shot before firing. Emptying a weapon at a jumping opponent can leave you unable to finish the fight when they become easier to hit.

Use Movement to Escape and Reposition

Grappling, double jumping, flipping, and sliding give you several ways to change position. Practice using them to reach weapons and escape pressure before trying elaborate attacks.

On PC, the tutorial introduces these inputs:

  • Spacebar: Jump.
  • C: Slide.
  • Left mouse button: Shoot.

Practice your grappling hook alongside those basics. Pick a destination before launching yourself, especially near an arena edge. Falling off the map can end a fight even when you still have a usable weapon.

Use a slide or grapple to leave an exposed position, then reacquire your target. Avoid chaining movement so quickly that you lose track of the enemy or your landing point.

Vote for maps whose routes you understand. Learn where you can find crates and how to move between them without taking an unnecessary detour toward an edge.

Coordinate Your Team Before Pushing

PIGSHOT includes solo duels, 2v2, and 3v3 matches. In team modes, check who has a weapon before everyone charges forward.

Keep callouts short and useful:

  • “I need a gun.”
  • “Shotgun on the right.”
  • “That enemy is low.”
  • “Reloading.”

Leave space for teammates to move and shoot. Crowding the same route can obstruct their aim or make it harder to escape.

When a teammate identifies a weakened enemy, focus that target if you have a clear shot. Avoid chasing a separate opponent so far that your partner faces the remaining enemies alone.

Before queuing with a new teammate, let them finish the tutorial and practice collecting weapons. Knowing how to get armed, shoot, and leave danger gives your team something concrete to coordinate around.
